Lymphozyten Separationsmedium. Auf Ficollbasis. Das Genaxxon Lymphozytentrennmedium ermöglicht eine hohe Ausbeute von Lymphozyten und anderen mononuklearen Zellen aus antikoaguliertem Gesamtblut durch einfache Zentrifugation. Die Erythrozyten aggregieren und die Granulozyten werden leicht hypertonisch und erhöhen dadurch ihre Sedimentationsrate. Beide Zelltypen pelletieren dadurch sehr leicht.
