Collagenase-Typ-IV-100-mg-C4310-0100

Enzymgemisch aus Collagenase, Clostripain sowie tryptischen und proteolytischen Aktivitäten. Geringe tryptische, hohe Collagenase- und normale Clostripain-Aktivität. Es wird für die Isolierung von Langerhans’schen Inselzellen empfohlen und weist eine spezifische Aktivität von 100 bis 250 Mandl-Einheiten pro mg Trockensubstanz auf.
