Applikation: ELISA: to detect Human Interferon ? 2a by indirect ELISA a dilution of at least 1/1,000 of this antibody is required. This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents (anti rabbit AP conjugated), allows the detection of 0.2-1ng /well of human Interferon ? 2a. Western Blot: to detect human Interferon ? 2a by WB analysis this antibody can be used in a dilution of 1/1,500.
