Der Mastermix wird in Aliquots von 10 x 1,25mL (entsprechend 1000 x 25µL/1250x20µL Reaktionen) verschickt. Der Genaxxon 2X Hotstart Master Mix ist eine fertige Mischung (Ready-to-Use) aus chem. mod. Hotstart Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and Reaktionspuffer bei optimalen Konzentrationen für die effiziente Amplifikation von DNA Templates mittels PCR. Es müssen nur noch die Primer und die Template DNA dazu gegeben werden. Dieser PCR-Mastermix wurde für die Verwendung in der Routine und der Diagnostik bis 4 kb Amplikonlänge entwickelt.
