Der Mastermix wird in Aliquots von 2 x 1,25mL (entsprechend 200 x 25µL/250x20µL Reaktionen) verschickt. Der Genaxxon 2X PCR Master Mix ist eine fertige Mischung (Ready-to-Use) aus Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and Reaktionspuffer bei optimalen Konzentrationen für die effiziente Amplifikation von DNA Templates mittels PCR. Es müssen nur noch die Primer und die Template DNA dazu gegeben werden. Dieser PCR-Mastermix wurde für die Verwendung in der Routine PCR bis 4 kb Amplikonlänge. &bdquoUnit“ Definition: One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme which will convert 10 nmoles of dNTPs to an acid-insoluble form in 30 min at 72°C under the assay conditions (25 mM TAPS (tris-(hydroxymethyl)-methyl-amino-propanesulfonic acid, sodium salt) pH 9.3 (25°C); 50 mM KCl; 2 mM MgCl2; 1 mM b-mercaptoethanol; and activated calf thymus DNA as substrate.
Technische Daten: The GreenMastermix is a ready-to-use 2X mastermix that contains dUTP instead of dTTP, ROX (500nM) as passive Reference dye, EvaGreen as fluorescent dye and all necessary buffer compounents.
