Amine-reactive fluorescein dye marker for fluorescence labeling, especially for labeling of biomolecules (Abs: 522nm (? = 76.000 M-1cm-1), Em: 549nm). This single isomer, amine-reactive, fluorescein derivative is used as an orange fluorescent derivatization reagent for covalently labeling proteins and alkylamino modified nucleic acids.
